Health care vote held up as McCain recovers from surgery

Sen. John McCain's surgeons removed a blood clot from behind his left eye, not far from the spot on his left temple where he had a cancerous lesion removed in 2000. While he was well enough to take phone calls, Senate leadership has postponed the vote on the Senate health care bill until he's back. Nancy Cordes reports.
