DC lawmakers brace for Trump's first address to joint session of Congress

Republicans are looking for marching orders from President Trump. They hope to receive some during his first address to a joint session of Congress. It's unclear what policies Mr. Trump will advocate, but Democrats have made it clear that they'll be listening and ready to organize opposition. Errol Barnett reports.
