Ohio Gov. John Kasich talks Black Lives Matter
Republican presidential candidate and Ohio Gov. John Kasich said that police and communities need to improve their understanding of each other. He told CBS News Chief White House Correspondent Major Garrett that his administration is working on implementing new hiring practices of Ohio police departments and a state-wide policy on the use of force.
