Judge blasts State Department for slow release of Clinton emails

The State Department is releasing 4,000 more pages of emails on Friday from Hillary Clinton's time as secretary of state. A federal judge accused officials of dragging out the release of the documents, and the controversy is nagging Clinton's presidential campaign. Nancy Cordes reports.
