Former CIA director says hackings are "a Russia problem" more than cyber issue

Former CIA and NSA director Gen. Michael Hayden joins "CBS This Morning" from Washington to discuss the recent intelligence report on how Russia tried to influence the U.S. elections. Hayden says the Obama administration was "too timid" in responding to the cyberattacks, and he wants to know what the Trump administration will do about Russia.
