Shots fired in Canadian capital
Dozens of shots were reported fired near government buildings in Ottawa, Canada Wednesday morning. The Canadian Parliament is on lockdown as police search for multiple suspects in the area, one of which has been confirmed dead. Norah O'Donnell reports.
