Obama references "strange, uncertain times" in speech commemorating Nelson Mandela's birthday

Former President Obama made a rare, high-profile public speech in South Africa Tuesday morning. His remarks to about 15,000 people were the climax of celebrations marking the 100th anniversary of Nelson Mandela’s birth.
