Many who chase Olympic glory face harsh financial reality

Winter Olympic athletes defy gravity and impress audiences around the world, but many struggle financially on the road to the Games. But the U.S. Olympic Committee, a non-profit, reported $339 million in revenue in 2016. One former Olympian now wants to see Congress review what he calls financial "waste" of the USOC.
