White House jumper was an Iraq veteran with PTSD, family says
The Secret Service says it has increased security in and around the White House while it investigates Friday's historic security breach. Family members of the jumper told CBS News that he is a military veteran who developed severe mental problems — including post-traumatic stress disorder — during his three tours in Iraq.
