Science research can really build an appetite. At least that's partly the motivation behind "The Hungry Scientist's Handbook," published by Harper Collins in September. Lily Binns is the
co-author, and for this week's SciEye I had a chance
to talk to her at recent gathering of inventors. She discusses the various instructions -- I mean, recipes -- that go into the book, and where they got their inspiration. A notable favorite: electric birthday cake!
